Three dimensional reconstruction of about 10 cubic nanometer of the matrix of a high speed steel specimen. Measured positions of species are mapped out as spheres in a cubic lattice. For clarity only M and MC species corresponding to Cr and V (green), Mo (red) and W (blue) are depicted.
