This course introduces fundamentals and applications of X-ray and neutron scattering for materials science. Besides classical kinematic diffraction for crystal structure solution also crystallographic real structure, structure and morphology of thin films, diffraction studies on amorphous materials, small angle X-ray scattering and inelastic scattering techniques are introduced | ||
