Attosecond spectroscopy to explore charge carrier dynamics in band-gap materials Attosecond spectroscopy has allowed to follow ultrafast light-field driven electron dynamics in a few band-gap materials. I will introduce basic concepts of the methodology, describe what can be done and discuss what we want to do in collaboration with solid-state physics to explore coherent electronics in real world systems. |
